A short introduction of some of the projects that were finished sucessfully over the past few years.

configurable control device for multiple actuators and sensors

Compact control device for several hydraulic engins and one linear axis. The following parameters of the control device can be programmed during a simple setting mode: min/max values for the hydraulic engine range, soft start/stop slopes of the hydraulic engines and the parameters of the linear axis.

fluorescence measuring system for the detection of bacteria

In cooperation with the client mbOnline GmbH a highsensible meassuring system for the detection of e.coli bacteria in drinking water was develped. The system is used in the coliguard device series of the client. Special requirements of this project were on one part the high sensitivity of the system, while limiting the UV radiation exposure of the testmedium. A further requirement was a high stability over time and a possibilty for remote diagnostic of the system. Since 2011 we produce the electronic components for the system, and assemble, test and calibrate the whole system.

high resolution dataacquisition frontend

For a prototype of the client mbOnline GmbH a hihg resolution dataacquisition frontend was develped and produced for several prototypes.
